At Abbott Street

Superseal applied Polyurea membranes on the roof and liquid membranes in the internal areas for superior waterproofing and protection. The scope included surface preparation, membrane application, detailing, and curing to ensure a seamless, durable system. This work was completed in collaboration with key project partners, delivering high-performance waterproofing across the building. The Polyurea system offers durable, UV-resistant protection for the roof, while the liquid membranes provide flexible, seamless, and long-lasting waterproofing for internal wet areas.

Superseal Group is an ‘Approved Specialist Applicator’ of:

Headquartered on Queensland’s Gold Coast, The Superseal Group (AUST) Pty Ltd holds requisite Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) licences and an Elevating Work Platform Ticket. We adhere to the Building Code of Australia 2016 Volume 1 Part F1.7 and all relevant Australian Standards including (but not limited to) AS3740, AS4200 and AS 4654.1/2 2012 and NCC 2016. Additionally, we hold certifications in project management, confined space training, and electrical testing and tagging, and ensure staff undergo general safety inductions for Blue and White Cards.
